Incentive program Idea (Groups up to 50/ May-October)

  • Day 1: Bucharest – Panoramic City Tour

  • Day 2: Bucharest – Communism tour and self drive tour

  • Day 3: Sinaia outdoor activity – Brasov

  • Day 4: Fortified Churches – Brasov Old Town

  • Day 5: End of the Service

Day 1: Bucharest – Panoramic city tour

Arrival at the airport and meet with local guide. During the transfer to the selected hotel, the guide will give a brief introduction about Romania and local culture. Check in. Before dinner, enjoy a walking tour on the most know street of the capital, Calea Victoriei. See the the Romanian Athenaeum , prestigious concert hall and landmark of Bucharest, Revolution Square where the place where famous dictator Ceausescu held his last speech and enter afterwards in Old town a mix of history and local culture. At the end of the tour, have dinner in a traditional brewery in Old town. Overnight in Bucharest.

Day 2: Bucharest – Communism tour and self drive tour

Learn about more the Communism period in Romania during a private tour to Ceausescu’s Mansion – residence of the family, who lived  there between 1965 and 1989. Known also as  “Spring Palace” , it surprise the visitor not only by its luxurious interior ornaments but also by an impressive collection of paintings. Lunch in a restaurant by the Herastrau Lake with a beautiful view to the lake. In the afternoon, experience Bucharest from another point of view! Enjoy a rided tour either by a Dacia, vintage car from the 70′-80’s produced in Romania, either by a Hot Rod, a new concept, white little cars with170cc engine capacity and 14HP. Enjoy a dinner in one rooftoop restaurant with impressive view over the city! Overnight in Bucharest.

Day 3: Sinaia outdoor activity – Brasov

Transfer early in the morning to Sinaia, a beautiful alpine town at the foot of the Bucegi mountains. In Sinaia, meet our Jeep 4×4 drivers who will drive us up on the mountains – possibility self drive experience – and enjoy the beautiful panorama and fresh air! Have a picnic or BBQ lunch in a Mountain retreat with traditional food from local farmers.
Tip: we can offer also other outdoor activities as quad, cycling, hiking, horse riding and many more.
In late afternoon transfer to selected hotel in Brasov or surroundings. Dinner in a touristic sheepfold restaurant right in the heart of the greenwood, a unique experience that brings you closer to the Romanian culture and gastronomy. Overnight in Brasov.

Day 4: Fortified Churches – Brasov Old Town

Explore more and discover only few kilometres distance from Brasov, villages with Fortified Churches in Transylvania are listed as Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit of two of most well known churches, Prejmer – one of the best preserved of its kind in Eastern Europe – and Harman that dates back to the 13th century when Saxons built the original structure.
Tip: this activity can be replaced with a cooking school or outdoor activity
Have lunch a local restaurant in Brasov old town, city resplendent with gothic, baroque, and renaissance architecture as well as a wealth of historical attractions. After lunch ,enjoy a guided tour of the “Crown City” and discover the beautiful colorful old town with the Council Square and the Black Church. Your visit in Transilvania wouldn’t be complete without seeing the famous Bran Castle or better known as Dracula’s Castle, located just few kilometers away from Brasov. For the farewell dinner, privatize the castle for your event! Count Vlad, the historical character, himself will be our host and give a guided tour of his mansion. Dinner will be served in one of the Castle’s rooms.

Day 5: End of the Services

Transfer back to Bucharest. Depending on flight departure, we can opt to have a stop at Peles Castle on the way back to the airport.
